新建一个自定义的layer层，补丁kernel：

custom_defconfig 用于定义自己添加的defconfig文件。
PATCHTOOL 用于表示patch打补丁用git am方式，yocto默认的打补丁用quilt管理，打上的补丁不会有提交记录，不方便查看。
给uboot 打补丁方法类似
