tensorflow将tf.contrib移除，许多功能转移到了第三方库，今天介绍其中的tensorflow_addons(tfa)的安装与使用方法：
tfa安装：
pip install tensorflow-addons
需要注意tfa版本与tf版本对应，官方github上列出了对应关系：
可以安装指定版本：
pip install tensorflow_addons==0.9.1
tfa使用：
import tensorflow_addons as tfa
