Ubuntu16.04中rqt

运行rqt_plot时出现错误： 解决方法： 依次输入以下三条 命令

sudo apt install python-pip pip install -U matplotlib python -m pip install -U pyqtgraph

注意：在执行第二、三步安装的时候可能比较慢。
