缘起：使用win + R 接着输入打开cmd窗口，键入 jupyter notebook,出现如下报错，前提是我已经添加了环境变量： 经过一番折腾,我又卸载了
pip uninstall jupyter notebook卸载成功，想要重新安装，出现下面报错； 报错：
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement jupyter (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for jupyter接下来，用上这段指令，安装成功：
pip install jupyter notebook -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com看截图： 然后还是这样子，我彻底无语； 这次的收获，就是jupyter notebook 的卸载和重新安装！
